If you do not receive notification of funding by March 27, please contact the PAF Coordinator at: paf@apsc.ubc.ca.

Deadline for Final Reports & Claim submission:

For all PAF-funded activities completed by the end of 2011W term (April 2012), the NEW deadline to submit your PAF Claims & Final Report is Friday, May 25th, 2012.

For travel/conferences/projects/activities which have yet to occur by the May 25th deadline, the PAF Claims & Final Report deadline is August 31, 2012.

The Applied Science Professional Activities Fund (PAF) is available for all undergraduate engineering students who are seeking funding for student projects and field trips, student competition teams, or for travel and conferences. The purpose of this site is to help you navigate the PAF application process and to give you insight on how your student money is being spent.
