Please note that this a 2-step process.

Step 1.
Read the eligibility requirements of your appropriate funding category in the pages below, and download the application form in the bottom of that page.

Funding pages:

• Projects, Field Trips, & Student Teams
• Travel and Conferences

Step 2.
Complete the following submission form and upload your PAF application/file as indicated below.

  • (Good examples:
    Western Engineering Competition 2011, FormulaUBC, GEOEdinner, WISE2011, Civil Field Trip.)


  • (If submission is from a group, enter above the name of main contact person.)
  • Allowed file extensions: doc, docx, pdf
    (Please be sure to limit your resubmission applications and fill in the above the same as the previous submission. Applications, including resubmissions, filed after the deadline will not be considered.)
