Final Report Submission Form

August 31st, 2017: last day for Final Report due for all activities.

  • Successful applicants are required to submit a Final Report summarizing the outcomes and budget of your event/project on the PAF website by August 31st, unless funding is secured for an event occurring after August 31st. If this is the case, it is the student’s responsibility to ensure that he/she has communicated the date of the event with the PAF Coordinator and has received approval.   Applicants will not receive reimbursement until a Final Report has been submitted. Student groups who do not submit a Final Report will not be eligible for following-year funding.
