As a successful recipient, here are your next steps:
- Keep track of your spending and your original receipts. You do not need to wait until you’ve spent all your money to claim your funds. We encourage you to submit a claim form with each receipt you receive.

- Prepare your report. Each funded applicant must submit a report on the that summarizes the outcomes of their event/project. Submit your report here.
Deadlines:
New Deadlines for 2011/2012 PAF Claims and Reports
For all PAF-funded activities completed by the end of 2011W term (April 2012), the NEW deadline to submit your PAF Claims & Final Report is May 25, 2012.
For travel/conferences/projects/activities which have yet to occur by the May 25th deadline, the PAF Claims & Final Report deadline is August 31, 2012.
For the Travel & Conferences expense claim and report, the deadline is no later than four weeks after: (a) recipient confirmation of funding if the event has already occurred, or (b) the event if the event has yet to occur at time of notification, or (c) May 25th, 2012, or (d) August 31st. 2012 if the event has yet to occur by the May 25th deadline.
Please note that these requirements and deadlines are FIRM. An email will be sent out by the PAF Coordinator (paf@apsc.ubc.ca) to remind recipients of their responsibilities a few weeks before the deadlines.
