Final Report Submissions

This is mandatory for all PAF recipients. Those who do not submit a Final Report will NOT receive any funding in the future. Final reports can include a link to your website and other material you would like to publicize.

Deadline for 2023/2024 PAF Final Reports: August 31st 2024.

If you have any questions regarding the deadline, please email the PAF Coordinator, paf@apsc.ubc.ca.

Please submit the PAF Final Report by the above deadline unless the funding was secured for an event occuring after the date. If this is the case, it is the student’s responsibility to ensure that they have communicated the date of the event with the PAF Coordinator and has received approval.

Please be advised this is a 3-step process.
Provide a clear statement of the project’s rationale and objectives, and how these were met via PAF funding. (max. 150 words)
Describe the outcomes of your project & explain how this project contributed to the development of professional skills of UBC Engineering students (i.e. how many students benefited from this project, what are the direct, short-term benefits, what are the sustainable benefits, etc.). (max. 150 words)
